There are also multiple Country Clubs within the Villages which offer championship golfing, golf pro shops, as well as restaurants for lunch or dinner. With your rental, you're entitled to two guest passes to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiard tables, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers. Other things to note Golf cart is included in any weekly or monthly rental. For any rental less than weekly, golf cart is available for $40/day, which will be billed to you after you make the booking once you indicate to me that you would like to use the golf cart. For any use of the golf cart, the person/people who will be driving the golf cart will be required to sign a golf cart liability waiver. We will also need a copy of the drivers licenses of all guests over the age of 25 who will be driving the golf cart. By signing the golf cart liability waiver, are responsible for any damage to the golf cart, any property that is damaged due to your use of the golf cart, or any injuries that occur. No pets allowed.
