West Sussex home with heated pool & tennis court

Situated in 2 acres of beautiful private space, this spacious 5 bedroom property (+ 2 kids rooms) boasting an expansive amount of indoor and outdoor space. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a base for exploring the surrounding area, this property offers the perfect set up for an idyllic family getaway. Outside you can enjoy the heated pool, open mid May- early Sept (weather dependent), tennis court, covered eating area and playground. (Max 10 adults) The space Indoors there is a large Kitching dining room, a separate play room and formal living room with TV. Off the play room is a changing space and bathroom to make getting in and out the pool easier. As this is our family home, the property is arranged and equipped to suit families. Upstairs there are 2 master bedrooms with ensuites, and two bedrooms with a kingsize bed, 2 kid's rooms and two family bathrooms. Downstairs there is an additional room with a kingsize bed, a downstairs toilet and a separate toilet/shower room. The sleeping arrangements can be customised to suit your needs; we have an additional single trundle bed, a cot, toddler bed and travel cot. We suggest 8-10 adults to keep it comfortable for your stay. Outdoors is a beautiful, private, garden with plenty of space for play and sports (we have table tennis table, tennis rackets, balls etc. available). There is an undercover outdoor dining space, BBQ and lounge seating. The pool is covered with a hard electric cover, operated with a key. It is heated by an air source heat pump and the UV electric cover. We cannot guarantee a specific temperature in the pool but it is usually around 28 degrees. Pool/beach towels are not provided. At the front of the property there is ample off street parking for 6 cars. Please note: We aim to have the swimming pool open mid May until early September, however the date the pool opens and closes is dependent on the weather so please consider this when booking. A desired temperature for the pool cannot be requested or guaranteed. This is our family home and we ask you to be considerate of our home and personal belongings in the house, we do make sure there is plenty of space for guests to keep their clothes, food etc. We have 2 outdoor security cameras which are triggered by movement, we will switch these off for your stay. Children items provided: 3 high chairs plates, bowls, cutlery, bibs selection of toys, games and books travelcot Standard cot (70x140) toddler bed 1 audio baby monitor Please contact the host directly for any commercial photography and filming requests. No commercial activities, events, parties or additional guests are allowed on the property. Guest access You'll have private access to the whole property apart from 2-3 locked rooms for storage and the garage.
