Enjoy ample outdoor spaces for lounging, dining, yoga, etc. Private, natural surroundings yet less than 15 minutes from Interstate 5, you'll enjoy the best of both luxury and rusticity! The space This property is 25 minutes from Mt. Shasta and about 15 minutes from the main Weed exit. It's about one mile up a bumpy gravel road with residents on either side. 2WD drive cars can make it in good weather, however 4WD or AWD is recommended. Please respect the neighbors and drive slowly and mindfully in order to keep dust and noise to a minimum. The surroundings include non-landscaped natural forest, a swift moving creek, wildlife (bears, mountain lions), and our neighbor's private property. Please exercise care and caution when exploring the property and supervise children at all times. We live in fire country with high and even extreme fire danger for many months per year. Please refrain from lighting any fires, including fire pits, candles, and fireworks and exercise great caution using the outdoor BBQ. Guest access Guests have the full run of the house and property except the garage. There is ample creek access however the terrain is wild and non-landscaped. Hiking boots are recommended. Please be respectful of others' private property and neighboring residences.
