Rediscover the simple joys of life! The space Welcome to Waisaqe Lodge, a charming 40-acre family-owned hobby farm. We're proud to be off-the-grid, powered by solar energy and a generator. Your accommodation is a beautifully restored 135-year-old shearing shed, transformed into a bright, cozy, and inviting space for your stay. Cozy up by the warmth of our wooden fire heater and stay connected with free WiFi. Please note that nights can get chilly, especially during winter, so we recommend bringing your own blankets and pillows for a comfortable stay. Explore our picturesque property, featuring four dams where you can catch yabbies and wild ducks (don't forget your net!). Feel free to get involved and help feed the animals - someone is always on-site to assist. You're more than welcome to bring up to 10 people as long as you're happy to pinch your own tent. We'd be happy to provide meals for an additional fee. Our culinary specialty is Hangi, also known as Australian earth cooking, which we'd be delighted to share with you.
