Vinery Farm - sleeps 10

Welcome to Vinery Farm, a recently fully refurbished farmhouse on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, with easy access to the picturesque market towns of Helmsley, Kirkbymoorside, Pickering and Malton. For leisure pursuits, nearby you can find Dalby Forest, Flamingo Land and all that the North Yorkshire Moors has to offer. The space The Space On the ground floor in the new extension, is the light filled living room with comfortable seating for 10. The open plan kitchen-dining room has an all-new kitchen and a large dining table to seat 10. There is a downstairs toilet and separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. There is also a snug on the ground floor with a 65” TV and cosy wood-burning stove. On the first floor you will find: The master bedroom with super-king size bed and ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 with king sized bed and ensuite shower room. Bedroom 3 with king sized bed. Bedroom 4 with single bed. Family bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. On the top floor you will find: A spacious twin bed room (the 2 beds can also be zipped together to form a super-king size bed). A comfy seating area with a sofa bed (sleeps 1) and a TV. Outside there is ample parking (including covered parking) and a lockable garage with a bike stand for up to 10 bikes. There is also a table tennis table in the covered garage and outdoor seating on the patio. There is a lockable gate connecting to Vintners Cottage next door, so both properties can be rented together, with easy access between both.
