We are located on the Via Matildica del Volto Santo, a few kilometres from Canossa. The space We are located within the territory of the Unesco Mab Biosphere Reserve and in the heart of the Matilda area Portion of an independent house, represented by the entire 2nd floor, with an independent entrance, access from a common staircase (36 steps). Living area: entrance, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, in a large and bright open space. From the French window to the southwest, you can access the terrace, with panoramic views of the valley and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. Sleeping area: a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed, armchair-bed, and "work corner" with desk. Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom, with complete amenities, as shown in the photo.
