House with garden in Svanelunden close to the city center

This beautiful home offers plenty of space for children and adults. It is on two floors as well as a laundry room and has a large enclosed garden with fireplace and playhouse. The home is within walking distance of the city center and train station. In the house there is a bedroom with a double bed and two children's rooms with beds measuring 90x200 cm. In addition, there is a double bed in the living room instead of a sofa. There are therefore 6 beds available, two of which are double beds. Other things to note In the house there is a small garden room, where two small Greek land turtles live. They live in a closed box from which they cannot escape. The turtles are not a nuisance to anyone.
