Recently renovated, this 1,000 sq ft+ A-frame boasts a delightful blend of bright colors, rustic-industrial design, and boho touches, creating a warm atmosphere. The space Come stay at The Best Little A-Frame in Texas. With over an acre of land located directly on Lake Tawakoni this is the perfect getaway with peaceful views all around. The A-Frame sleeps 6 in beds and 2 on couches. *The bedroom downstairs has a king bed with high-end mattress and topper. (2 guests) The upstairs bedroom is divided into two parts with stairs in between but no doors. One half has a queen bed, (2 Guests) and the other half has futon, which converts to a full bed. (2 Guests) The living room also has two full-sized sofas. (2 guests) Note: these are not pull-out couches. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and one full bathroom. Plenty of outdoor space including a BBQ Grill, a 4-person Hot Tub, 7 Adirondack Chairs, Table and chairs and a fire pit with wood supplied. Guest access The A-Frame is located on over 1 acre of private lakefront property, and it's all yours to enjoy during your stay! Getting to the Property: Please note: The last 1/2 mile leading to the property is a rural dirt road. While an SUV or truck is preferred for a smoother ride, it’s not required. As you drive in, you may pass a few older, rustic homes — but once you arrive, you’ll find a peaceful and beautiful retreat waiting for you! Arrival Instructions: Open the gate at the beginning of the driveway. Follow the white rock driveway down to the carport, which has two covered parking spots. There are solar lights that line the driveway, as well as a sensory light in the carport. Walk around the patio to the lake side of the house to find the red front door. Enter using the key code provided before your stay. Other things to note We do not supply water toys such as kayaks, but you are welcome to bring your own. Since there is no boat ramp on the property, kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats are the most suitable options. If you have a boat, there are boat ramps available around the lake. We recommend contacting the relevant authorities and doing some research before your stay to ensure a smooth experience if you need a ramp. Don't forget your fishing poles!
