The suite has a private entrance with a smart lock, workstation with a monitor and a well-equipped kitchen. The space We are excited to welcome you into our little home. Our home is strictly smoke, drug and pet free with a maximum capacity of 2 guests. Please know that, there’s an active but well-behaved family upstairs. Kindly excuse some normal family noise during the day. Our family’s quiet time is from 9:00pm-7:00am, you can bet on that! Guest access Private entrance to entire basement suite. Other things to note During winter, please note that snow clearing on the street is a job for the city and in Regina, they seldomly clear snow on residential streets. Kindly bear with us as that is beyond our control. Please also note that there is some hardwood flooring adhesive residue on the floor that may occasionally be mistaken for stains.
