Newly built, Semi-private studio that has a queen Murphy bed, small/full pullout coach (best for a kid under 10), twin blowup mattress available. Private kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, basic kitchen appliances and serving wear). 3/4 bathroom with shower. Driveway parking available. Entrance near home garage. Think of this place is a glorified hotel room! Ideal for a couple with 1-2 young children. The space Quiet and safe neighborhood near lots of restaurants and shops. **Please note - NO USE or ACCESS to the primary home's backyard or Pool.** Other things to note This unit is on side of our primary residence and share an entry way from driveway so run in's are likely to occur. We are a friendly, yet busy family of 5 (15, 14 and 10) with a black lab that you may see from time to time. My husband and I work from home but will be in and out. *Use of back yard and pool is off limits unless specific permission is given.
