Private and cosy room with balcony near the city

This is a cosy private room with a balcony in a house shared with lovely host(s), two cats and/or other guests. Located in a suburb, quiet, nice neighbourhood, ca 20 min drive from the city centre, close to local transport, the lake, beach and family-friendly activities, good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Parking is free. Breakfast and warm meals can be ordered for extra charge. Toilets and bathroom are shared with maximum 3-4 people. The space You can relax and sunbathe on the balcony with an amazing view! Guest access Sauna, babble bath, terrace, barbecue and kitchen are for extra charge During your stay I am staying in the same house with you. I am available for additional info between 11-19, in urgent matters you can always text me. Other things to note Pls note, there are 2 cats living in the house with the host, you need to keep all the doors closed. This is why the pets are not allowed. Since you share the place with the host, please follow the house rules.
