The space The accommodation has been carefully prepared, thank you for respecting the premises. Bed and bath linens are not included, however these services are optional: - Cleaning fee €75 - Linen kit: €20/pers. 30% discount on linen if you subscribe to both options. Even if you subscribe to the cleaning option, there are a few rules to follow: - Make the house tidy - Wash, wipe and tidy dishes (dishwasher must be empty) - Degrease and clean the hob and the plancha - Remove garbage and other waste Guest access You will be welcomed at the CAROLINE IMMOBILIER agency at 51 rue du Perthuis Breton in La Tranche sur Mer between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. for the handover of the keys and instructions.
