The space EcoBee Studio is a spacious, modern, eco-friendly one-bedroom studio with private entry and a peaceful garden outlook. Located in Torrensville, it offers the perfect balance — quiet and safe, yet close to Adelaide’s CBD, airport, Henley/Grange beaches, cafés, restaurants, and Brickworks Marketplace. Guests appreciate the privacy, full kitchen, laundry facilities, fast Wi-Fi, and relaxing environment, and often choose EcoBee Studio over city apartments for its quieter setting and superior privacy. Custom-built in 2023, the 50 m² open-plan layout is bright and airy, with north-facing double-glazed windows for natural light and ventilation. Comfort features include air conditioning, ceiling fan, and a modern bathroom opening to a private courtyard with heater and heated towel rails. The fully equipped kitchen includes Miele dishwasher, Fisher & Paykel plumbed fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice, Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg microwave, Asko oven, and Whirlpool induction cooktop. Laundry amenities include a quiet 8 kg Miele washer (detergents supplied), Mrs Peggs clothesline, and iron. An enclosed, undercover patio provides extra space for bikes, surfboards, or toolboxes. Guests also enjoy free street parking, suitable for SUVs or campervans (subject to availability). Fast, reliable internet with Ethernet ports supports remote work and content creation, with typical speeds of 400 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload for smooth streaming, gaming, and video calls. Located near Adelaide Airport (curfew 23:00–06:00), occasional aircraft noise may be heard outdoors. Guest access There is a second self-contained studio (Bee’s Knees Studio: 1–2 guests) within the fully fenced garden. If it is occupied during your stay, the outdoor garden path to the street will be shared. Both studios have separate patios and are fully private, so you’ll still enjoy your own space. Other things to note * 🐝 Bee hive onsite, the hive is kept furthest away from the studio. 🐝 * 🛫 Aircraft noise: it’s simply part of daily life in Torrensville. Flights are not permitted overnight (curfew 11 pm–6 am). 🛬 * Must declare if you are booking on someone else’s behalf, your guest's photo ID and contact detail will be required. * Extra guests over the booked number are not permitted to stay. * Check-in and check-out times can be flexible as long as there isn't a cross over with other guests. * Non-smoking within the entire property. * Our studios are non-serviced.
