I have two precious and beautiful parrots at home, an African gray parrot perrie and a Bavarian queen large golden parrot, and an Amazon green parrot often comes to visit. There is also a dog, a ragdoll cat, and they are very welcoming. Pet allergies should be booked with caution. Guest access I will try my best to greet you in person, so that you can relax and enjoy, and feel like you're at home. 1. Take off your shoes and change into slippers when entering the home. No shoes when going upstairs. 2. Please be sure to hold on tight when going up and down the stairs. Please be careful on the floor tiles on the first floor to avoid slipping. When traveling, safety first. 3. No visitors are allowed in my house. 4. Male tenants are not allowed for long-term rentals. 5. You can watch TV and use the dining table. 6. If you use the kitchen to cook, please pay a small fee for usage and cleaning. 7. When room 2 next door is available, you can pay $30 a day to use it as your office. You will enjoy the same space as one bedroom and one living room. 8. You can eat the food, fruits, ice cream, and red wine in the fridge.
