Guest access Entrance either through the front or the back. There's a semi-private alleyway in the back, that leads to the gate of the property, and parking. A single key opens the doors in the back, and an electronic keypad, and also a key fob opens the front door. The unit is a feel apartment with entire kitchen, living room and bedroom. Guests can use the entire shared front and back patios. Please see photos for more detail. Other things to note There is an abundance of plants all around the property, and in the unit as well. Plus, there is plumbed, alkaline bottled water next to the kitchen sink. The backyard and sauna is shared, but I’m generally just trimming plants in the back. We can communicate about using the sauna. The neighborhood is friendly, with people periodically walking their dogs out front, and generally like to exchange smiles. The seating area in the front is a great place to connect, or just people-watch as the jasmine shrubs add privacy. Large succulents fill the entire front of the property.
