Large, spacious and bright house located 20 km from Bayeux, its tapestry and the landing beaches, 20 km from Caen, its castle and the peace memorial, as well as 20 km from Saint Lô and its equestrian center. The house in its simplicity and its beautiful exposure brings all the comforts necessary for a quiet stay in the heart of the Norman bocage. The space The house has an area of 300 m2 over 3 floors, only two are available to our guests. The ground floor (about 110 m2) includes a large fitted kitchen with a large bay window overlooking the garden and terrace. It continues into the dining room illuminated by 3 large French doors, acting as a bay window, also opening onto the terrace. It opens onto the living room-library; ideal room for relaxing on the sofa in front of the TV or reading a good book. On this level, there is also a bedroom with a 90 x 190 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet and a laundry room (with washing machine). On the first floor are bedrooms, a bathroom (with walk-in shower and bathtub) and an independent toilet: - 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed - 1 bedroom with a 180 x 190 cm bed and balcony - 1 bedroom with a single bed of 90 x 190 cm - 1 master suite with 2 single beds of 90 x 190 cm and an adjoining bedroom with a bed of 90 x 190 cm The house has a large terrace overlooking the garden and its barbecue. Guest access Access to the house is via a path shared with the neighboring farmer. It is possible to park several cars in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
