Enjoy a getaway in nature, on a lake in the Mecklenburg Kleinseeplatte region, in our lovingly furnished tiny house surrounded by fields and forests, right on the lake with access to swimming. Swim, hike, go for a walk, ride a bike, go stand-up paddling, go canoeing, or simply unwind, read or write a book, and discover the nature and wildlife of the Mecklenburg Kleinseeplatte. Our "Casa sPERANTO" is located directly on the lake in a bay. The space Our tiny house "Casa sPERANTO" is located in the Mecklenburg Kleinseenplatte region, right on the lake in a bay. There are forests, fields, cafes, restaurants and a lock within easy walking distance. Our 11 sqm tiny house on two floors offers a double bed, a cozy sitting area with table, sofa, hot plate, heater and loving furnishings. Important: The toilet and shower are located in an apartment that is one minute away from the tiny house. You have free and exclusive access to the apartment with terrace. Note: The heating is switched off in the apartment during the main season (hot water works, of course). Alternatively, a radiant heater can be used. There is an old, dilapidated fisherman's house on the property – we do not maintain it ;) Swim, hike, go for a walk, ride a bike, go stand-up paddling, go canoeing (check rental options for each season), or simply unwind, read or write a book, and discover the nature and wildlife of the Mecklenburg Kleinseeplatte. Our two stand-up paddleboards are included free of charge for your entire stay and can be used in exchange for a voluntary donation to support our youth education and cultural work through our non-profit organization sPERANTO ResPeaceAbility gGmbH. For transparency, we are happy to list the detailed pricing. The rental price already includes the following services in full: - 15.5% Airbnb service fee + VAT on the fee - 19% VAT - €88.00 cleaning fee - €1.50 per night per person tourist tax in high season + Stand-up paddle: The market rental price for two comparable premium boards is about €100 per day. With us, you can use this equipment at no additional cost. Guest access The entire place is usable. It is forbidden to enter the roof of the tiny house. Other things to note There is no good internet connection in Canow. A good way to escape and disconnect from the stresses and hustle of everyday life. A visitor's tax of 1.20 euros per night per person is levied on the Mecklenburg Lake District. The visitor's tax is calculated at the end of the booking. We hope you understand that we need to charge an additional one-time cleaning fee of 25 euros per stay for a dog.
