Welcome to our newly renovated apartment, furnished with care and attention to guarantee you an elegant and welcoming environment complete with every modern comfort. The apartment is on the second floor of a building located in a quiet residential area of Peschiera Borromeo, a few minutes' walk from all the main services and bus stops that allow you to reach the M3 and M4 metro lines, the city of Milan and Linate airport. The space For your stay, I could have a spacious and bright apartment, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, a four-door wardrobe and a 24" smart TV. If you're traveling for work, we've set up a dedicated workstation where you can comfortably manage your business. From Monday to Friday we offer a free printing service for your documents. In the living area you can relax on a comfortable sofa enjoying your favorite programs or movies broadcast by the 40” smart TV or reading a book, or you can use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner, which, on nice days you can enjoy on the flowered balcony equipped with table and chairs. The bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet is equipped with everything you need for personal hygiene and cleanliness. In the apartment there is a washing machine complete with detergents, if you need it we can provide an ironing board, iron and clothes rack that you can place on the bathroom balcony. A heating and air conditioning system allows you to manage the microclimate of the premises. Guest access Guests have the whole apartment to themselves. Other things to note The apartment is a few minutes' walk from all the main services and bus stops that allow you to reach the M3 metro of San Donato Milanese and Milan Linate airport where the M4 metro terminus is located. The M3 and M4 lines connect the center of Milan in a few minutes. A car-sharing service is available near the apartment. If you use your car, you can reach the highway network in a few minutes, which conveniently connects the places of greatest interest in the Metropolitan City of Milan, the Lombardy Region and the airports of Linate, Malpensa and Orio al Serio. With a short walk, using a cycle-pedestrian path, you can then reach the historic center of Peschiera Borromeo with its 14th-century castle surrounded by a moat still full of water today. The apartment is a short distance from PALA ITALIA, where numerous events of the MILAN CORTINA 2026 WINTER OLYMPICS will take place. ACCOMMODATION TAX - From 06/01/2025, the Municipality of Peschiera Borromeo has instituted the accommodation tax to be paid by guests of the accommodation facilities. The amount to be paid is €1.50 per guest per night, for a maximum of 10 nights. At the time of booking, I will send you a document where you can check the cases in which the accommodation tax is excluded and how to benefit from it. The accommodation tax is not included in the price to be paid to Airbnb, but I will ask you, at the time of booking, for a separate payment for which the Municipality of Peschiera will issue you a receipt directly.
