You’ll wake up surrounded by the singing of woodland birds. This rustic cabin sits amidst 200+acres of maple sugarbush and forestland. A great porch for morning coffee and a firepit to wind down by in the evening. Nearby Groton State Forest has hiking, swimming, paddling and biking. You’ll find a quiet, comfy space that has what you need to enjoy a visit whether you spend all your time here or explore the area. The space The first floor has a bedroom, full bath and one open space for cooking, dining and sitting. The porch is large and roofed so you can be out there in almost any weather. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with a twin bed. There is a woodstove however our insurance does not allow usage by guest and heat is generally not necessary in the summer months. Guest access . Other things to note There is cell phone service but reception does vary with carriers. If you're a birder, this is a good area for songbirds. We have a life list of 83 birds on eBird. The property is a working sugarbush. There are times that people and equipment may go by the camp during the day to work. This is usually infrequent and may never happen during your stay.
