You will have approximately 800 square feet (74.33 square meters) located on the ground floor of the building. The space The apartment has a front door and a back door, a very large living room, a dining room separate from the kitchen, a balcony with a coffee corner, air conditioning, heating with a heat pump plus an independent heating system in each room. In terms of comfort, you will have a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, huge 60-inch TV with 1500 TV channels, including 400 in French with a Firestick. Well equipped, great location, you will live at the heart of Quebec City. Diagonally from the apartment, you will find the Grand Théâtre, you are one street from the Grande Allée, right next to the Parliament of the Government of Quebec, a few steps from the Plains of Abraham Museum and the Plains of Abraham, the Cartier Cinema, the Observatoire de la Capitale where you will see the whole city from above, and a few steps from the Saint-Louis gates leading to Old Quebec. The Consulate General of France is a few doors from the apartment. Live in comfort, with all the charm of the old neighborhoods. In the building of your apartment, a pastry shop. Something to spoil yourself with! All major bus routes pass through the area. If you have a car, you can choose between 2 public parking lots (paid) underground (Indigo and another via Rue Jacques-Parizeau). Several parks including Parc de L'Amérique-Française, Parc de la Francophonie, Parc de L'Esplanade and of course, the Plains of Abraham. You are 5 blocks from the famous Rue Cartier where you will find everything you are looking for. Shops, a liquor store, terraces, restaurants and a Metro Supermarket (for groceries). You will have easy access to Old Quebec with its historical attractions including Château Frontenac, Basilique-Notre-Dame-de-Québec, Parliament, Québec City Walls, Fortifications, Montebello Towers, various museums, etc. The Lower Town, the Petit Champlain district, the Old Port and several performance halls are in the vicinity.
