This 1-bedroom walk out basement apartment offers 900 sq. ft of space just minutes from RIM Park facilities. With views of the Conestoga Golf Course, you can plan a golf game, visit our local walkable restaurants and Mennonite bakery, or take a short drive to St. Jacobs market, Elora Gorge, and West Montrose covered bridge. Enjoy a paddle on the Grand River starting at the nearby launch. Finish off a great day with a campfire. We are happy to host families with children and are dog-friendly. The space Sawmill Suite is in the basement of our family home- you will enter through our garage and go down stairs to your private entrance. The suite has a bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, with an organic latex mattress and memory foam topper. Although there is only 1 formal bedroom, families with children can use the trundle bed, sectional couch, air mattress, and additional sleeping pads in the spacious main area. This gives flexibility for larger families who don't want to squish into a hotel room.
