Large house near the fields

Large Minergie-P single house, bordering fields. Very quiet place, dead end, perfectly suitable for children. Playground in the neighborhood, trampoline, views of the Fribourg mountains. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with a multitude of activities in the area! Distance by car from Fribourg: 20 min from Bern or Vevey: 35 min from Gruyères: 25 min from Interlaken: 1 hr 15 min from Grindelwald: 1h35 from Geneva: 1h30 The space On the ground floor: large living room open to the kitchen, fully equipped. Toilet. Living room with sofa, armchair, cozy window corner and piano. Large table that can easily accommodate 10-12 people. Exit to the terrace with a table and chairs for 6 people, and sofa area for 6 people as well. Lawn, garden, trampoline. Upstairs: 1 master bedroom with bathroom (walk-in shower) and 3 bedrooms. 2nd bathroom with bathtub. In the basement you have access to the laundry room with washer and dryer. Our house is heated only by a wood burning stove (and by the sun!). This implies that in autumn and winter, you MUST make a fire (and wear socks!). Of course, wood is provided. The house has the Minergie-P label and is therefore very well insulated. Please note: we do not have a television, but a large screen projection system, to which you can connect a computer (Wi-Fi included). Other things to note Many board games available!
