Cap 13 - Your Waterfront Base!

Cap 13 is an independent room, ideal for couples or single adventurers, fully inserted within the city's historic center. The waterfront and ferry docks are steps away. Bus stops to reach the seaside resorts and the train station are equally close. The room is located on the sixth floor of a condominium with an elevator, to get to the entrance door you only need to climb a few steps. Welcome! The space Inside Cap 13 you will find a large double bed, a bathroom with all amenities and a large shower. You will have a closet in which to store your clothes and luggage, a desk to lean on, a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, free air conditioning, a kettle, a mini fridge... Everything is designed to ensure our guests a safe base from which to start an adventure to discover the wonders of our gulf and nearby lands, or to have fun in the city streets. Upon arrival, you'll find brochures about La Spezia and some of our travel tips. We're also fully available to provide any kind of assistance or phone suggestions. Other things to note The apartment is on the sixth floor of the building (with an elevator) but there is also a flight of stairs (18 steps) and on the landing the entrance door is unique.
