Large room with living and sleeping area

The large room is located on the lower level of our house with two small windows; the entrance area is shared. Towels, bed linen, tea bags, and coffee pods are included. It accommodates 3 adults (extra bed available) and 2 children, plus a crib. The staircase, hallway, and bathroom are reserved exclusively for Airbnb guests. The room stays cool in summer. The Main River cycle path is 50m away, access to the lake is 300m away, and restaurants and beer gardens are within easy walking distance.
