A quiet, safe place tucked away in the heart of the popular and convenient Topla 1 area of Herceg Novi. We are only a few minutes away from the sea and nearest beach as well as transport links, superb cafés (Peter’sPie and Coffee is two minutes down the steps) and grocery stores. The charming Old Town with its designer shops, restaurants, bars and lovely squares and buildings is located only a short walk away. The house, itself, provides, over two floors: three bedrooms; two shower rooms (one of which is the en-suite to the master bedroom); a downstairs WC/toilet; a utility room with washer/dryer; and a large open plan kitchen/living/dining space. The kitchen comes fully-equipped and even has a garbage disposal unit in the sink. There is a balcony upstairs where you can relax with a drink while taking in the stunning sea view. The downstairs patio, accessed via a large glass door from the kitchen affords similar views and provides an outdoor space to eat, drink or rest. Sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture are supplied. These outdoor spaces look onto a pretty, private garden and are southern-facing hence enjoying sunshine for most of the day. If it’s too hot on the patio then we have a motorised awning to provide shade. The house has a modern ceiling-vent AC system, underfloor heating and even a wood-burning stove. Windows and doors are triple-glazed. There is ample storage space throughout the house. We provide essential amenities for the modern family with fast broadband and free WiFi, a large OLED TV with multiple local, sports and movie channels and access to Netflix, Disney and Amazon Prime.
