Other things to note Important details to note before confirming your booking In order for us to set expectations from you, our potential guests, kindly read the following House Rules: • Smoking and excessive drinking are not allowed. The penalty fee starts from ₱1,000. • We love little ones, but due to safety concerns and the apartment's setup, we are unable to accommodate children under 7. We appreciate your understanding. • Please keep the noise down from 10pm until the early hours of the morning. We do NOT ALLOW PARTIES. • Please do not bring or cook food with strong smell like dried fish, seafood, curries and durians. There is also a penalty fee that starts from ₱1,000. • Swimming pools are free for guests up to 3 adults/children, additional fee applies for extra guests (100 pesos per adult and 50 pesos per child) • Parking is free if you will use it during the day time. It's 250 pesos per night if overnight. Other info to note: We offer competitive monthly rental rates but the prices DO NOT include, Wifi, electric and water bills. We do not charge a deposit on reservation or check in, but we will send you the meter readings on your check out day for the pro-rated utility costs. For weekly and discounted daily rentals, we cover electricity costs up to ₱ 200 per day. These limits allow us to offer the reduced rates. Please note that we operate differently from hotels and do not have centralized air conditioning. I'm committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental footprint. As part of my efforts, I encourage my guests to join me and one simple way is to TURN OFF and/or UNPLUG ALL ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES when not in use. We provide WiFi for your convenience, but please note that it is available only through Smart Bro Wifi Router with a prepaid package only (please inquire for more info). Please let me know 24 hours before your arrival time if you need extra mattresses (for groups of 3-4 people), iron and ironing board, breakfast or food upon arrival. All can be arranged.
