Our unit features three cozy rooms, each equipped with a comfortable queen-sized bed, mini fridge, TV, and microwave. You’ll also have access to a shared, fully equipped bathroom. House Rules 1. Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a restful stay for everyone. 2. Bathroom Cleanliness: As the bathroom is shared, kindly leave it clean for the next guest. If you make a mess, we ask that you clean up after yourself. 3. Room Key: Please return the room key upon checkout to avoid additional charges. 4. Kitchen Use: Use of the kitchen and borrowing kitchen utensils, glasses, spoons, or plates is not permitted. 5. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and throughout the property. 6. Alcohol: The consumption of alcohol is not allowed on the premises. 7. Illicit Drugs: The use of illicit drugs is strictly prohibited. 8. Dress Code: For the comfort of all guests, please refrain from walking around the house wearing only underwear or without a shirt. 9. Security Cameras: Security cameras operate continuously in common areas to ensure your safety and security. 10. Trash Disposal: Dispose of all trash in the garbage bins located in the driveway, next to the garage. 11. Unapproved Guests: Only individuals listed on the reservation are permitted in the home. Please do not bring unapproved guests. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in additional fees charged through Airbnb. These fees will depend on the seriousness of the violation, or the extent of any damages caused to the property.
