Midtbø

Welcome to Midtbø! A small, but charming house located close to the town centre i Etne. Built by my great great grandfather as his and his wifes retirement home. Experience Etne in a highly original house from the 1930's. A perfect base for fantastic hiking routes in the area. about 1 hour drive from Trolltunga and Åkrafjorden. The space The house is full of charming character and original details. A small heads up has to be given due to the location of the bathroom, which is in the basement. If you have trouble with walking in stairs, access will be troublesome. Guest access There are three bedrooms in the attic. Two separate bedrooms and a larger dorm room. One room has a double bed, where as the other one has a single bed that can be extenden to a double. The dormroom has three single beds. Other things to note Heating is provided through an installed air condition / heater. The two fire places may be used. They are perfectly safe, but old. A bit of technique may be needed. There is quite a few original items which belongs to the house, such as utensils, cans and ornaments. I kindly ask that these items get to stay where they have stayed for nearly 100 years.
