NO SMOKING The space Lake Haven ll is a completely renovated open concept with a kitchenette, cozy living room, children’s play area, fire pit with 4 red Adirondack chairs and plenty of toys and games for the whole family. Our cozy lake house is the perfect place to relax and create memories. Enjoy your morning coffee outside listening to the birdsong or taking a walk around enjoying the views. Just a couple minutes (1/4 mile) to Rockwood swimming beach and boat ramp, grocery store, The Camp for concerts + miniature golf, and several restaurants. The Space There is one bedroom, children’s play area with a futon, cozy living room with pull out queen sofa and one bathroom with a spacious walk-in-shower. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen size mattress and luggage rack. The children’s play area offers space to read or play with a twin size fold down futon couch. If you need sleeping space for a 6th guest, we have a twin-size rollaway bed, upon request. Also, pack n play and linens available, upon request. Kitchenette Refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, steam pot, electric skillet Crockpot + drying rack (under sink) Plastic stemless wine glasses,cups, plates Coffee mugs (starter set of 2 coffee pods included) Remember - our cabin is NON- SMOKING. If you do smoke outside, please dispose of butts in the sand bucket provided. NO PETS Please NO cleaning fish, ducks, etc. at the cabin. There is a cleaning station close to the dam on highway T. We'll be happy to show you where it's located if you have trouble finding it. Please remember to bring your own beach towels if you plan to swim. Do not use cabin bath towels for swimming. Guest access Parking is available on the property. Lake Haven I may be rented while you are there, so please be mindful of the quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. You may hear the sound of the garage door from time to time. The concrete patio outside garage is shared space. There is a separate fire pit and seating if you wish to keep to yourself. Other things to note Window A/C unit may be turned on hi/med/low, no higher than 8. Typically, the units will take 1 hr or so with both running to cool off the space. If you are not in the unit or leave to enjoy the lake for the day please only leave one unit running on low. This will keep it from freezing and conserve energy. A remote has to be used to turn on the bedroom A/C unit. Then hit mode button on the window unit, press until green light comes on by cool. (May take 4-6 presses to go to cool setting) Once on cool, use remote to adjust fan speed. This cabin is connected to a septic system. To ensure proper functioning, all food particles must be properly disposed of in the waste bins, only toilet paper should be placed in the toilet and the 5 person maximum capacity should be respected. Failure to comply with these guidelines could result in septic system failure and costly repairs. One rank of wood and one bag of ice is provided for your stay.
