The place is near the Mall of Asia, the SMX Convention where conventions and important events are held. We offer Wi-Fi internet connection and smart tv. For client's safety, we observe strict thorough cleanliness, disinfection and sanitation. Guest access Guests have access to swimming pool and jogging paths. Pool is open from 6 am until 6 pm every day. Swimming pool pass costs 150 pesos per person per day and 300 pesos on holidays. Please let us know in advance so we can make proper arrangement and buy passes for you. Swimming pool rules and regulations shall be strictly followed by the guest. 1 swimming pool pass per day. Other things to note The SHORE Residences administration requires a government issued ID of all guests to be able to access the building and amenities. The administration office is open 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm daily except on holidays and weekends. May we requests to submit your ID as soon as possible upon confirmation of booking so we can provide you with an authorization letter on time and make your check in fast and smooth. May we also request to give us an expected time of arrival. If there will be any changes due to delays in flight, cancellation of flight, traffic, please advise us asap. We will appreciate if you can inform us at least 4hours before your arrival. There is a pay parking around the vicinity of the building. Here are the requirements prior to check-in.. 1. Minimum 7 days filing of guest form 2. Copy of your government ID or if the client is a foreigner, a passport is required. 3. The submission of the Guest authorization Form is done through online, hence we need t least 7 days prior to check-in. No impromptu or on the spot check in as our Guest Authorization Permit will not be granted.
