The space The Dreamhouse's unique architectural design, by world-class designer Paul Clout, seamlessly melds into the surrounding scenery whilst boasting the highest degree of luxury. Sprawled across 3 cascading levels of modern open living space, the home contains 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests. Special outlooks into nature from each living room and bedroom is what makes the Dreamhouse so unique. Feel one with nature with floor-to-ceiling walls and beautiful strings of high-set windows. 4 of the bedrooms contain plush King beds and share easterly views over the volcanic heads, allowing you to appreciate spectacular sweeping sunrises from the comfort of your bed. 1 of these rooms abuts a lush reserve, full of majestic Gymea lilies and twisted gums. The master has its own private wing along with reading lounge, walk-in-robe, and a sumptuous free-standing bath. The adjoining 5th bedroom contains 2 King Singles and faces west over a native garden bed. The elevated conservatory has a 270° wrap-around viewing deck, extending views southwards towards the Southern Hemisphere’s largest moving sand dunes and westwards, providing the perfect vantage point for viewing sunsets. While the kids can enjoy the world of fun that awaits them in the cinema and games rooms, parents can sit back on one of the decks with a glass in hand, soaking in the expansive sky and beautiful reflections captured in the infinity pool. For those with a culinary streak, a similar view can be appreciated over the kitchen's expansive island bench. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas cooktop, twin dishwashers, coffee machine and Vintec wine fridge. Music can be enjoyed in the main living areas via the Sonos sound systems. On-site parking is available for 5 cars in total (2 in the garage, 3 on the driveway). The driveway is relatively level with a paved pathway to the front door. A 5-minute drive away is the surprising convenience of shops, marine activities, and fine-dining options. Just beyond this, you will discover the shores of world-class beaches and unforgettable nature walks. We provide a full concierge service with a complimentary meet & greet host. You will be contacted prior to your stay to arrange a time and to help plan any activities or special requirements during your stay. We can assist with catering, restaurant bookings, babysitters, dog sitters, tours, massage in house or pamper services. Just ask! Guest access You have access to all the property. There are some locked cupboards which are for cleaners use only. You and every member of your booking imply consent to our full T&Cs when booking. SOLAR POOL HEATING - The inifinity-edge pool is heated via a roof-top solar-heating system. Heating is directly dependent on cloud coverage, wind speeds and outdoor temperature. In the Summer, on a clear hot sunny day, the pool may heat up to 30 degrees. However, on a cool, cloudy or rainy day, it may not heat at all. During Winter, wet suits are advisable. NO SPA/JACUZZI - Please note: There is NO heated jacuzzi/spa and spa jets are not operational. Pool water fountains are likewise non-operational. LIMITED FIREPLACE USAGE - The fireplace is only for use in the cooler months between April to September. It is used for ambience rather than heating, as ducted heating is provided to the living area via the aircon systems. Gas supply to the property is via a 45KG LPG gas bottle and therefore limited. The fireplace will use up a full 45kg bottle of LPG within 48 hours of constant use. Replacement gas bottles can take up to 5 days to be delivered to the area upon order. We also ask that during this period, guests limit use of fireplace to 4 hours per day, so as not to affect gas supply to stovetop. CHILDREN - Children are most welcome but must be supervised at all times by parents or guardians whilst on the property, particularly infants/toddlers. Parents should be aware there are 2 sets of stairwells on property, an infinity edged pool and gas fireplace. Outside decking areas near courtyard have drops of around 1 metre and property backs onto reserve. Please note that when booking infants or children, they are counted as individual guests regardless of age. VIDEO MONITORING - Please note that 24/7 monitoring of video surveillance is operational and by booking the property, guests provide implied consent to the use of all external video surveillance systems on the property, plus one in the garage, and to being filmed by these cameras when entering the property throughout the course of their stay. There are multiple visible exterior cameras surveying the front of the property including the driveway, entrance pathway and front patio/front door entrance area. There is also a visible camera in the garage area. There are also additional external cameras facing the bush reserve to the north and east of the property to monitor for fire safety in the surrounding bush reserve. The cameras do not capture the pool/pool deck area. There are also external cameras over the external pathways that travel down both sides of the house. VEHICLE LIMIT - There is a maximum 5 car policy. Boats, caravans and jet skis are prohibited at the property. Registration Details PID-STRA-12753
