Quiet place with nice room 15 min from Trondheim

We are a family of two adults, 1 youth and a dog who are looking forward to welcoming guests. You will have your own bedroom (we rent out two rooms) and they may share a bathroom with shower and toilet. Otherwise, you share the kitchen, living room and outdoor areas with us. 10-20 min drive from Trondheim city center, and 10 min walk to the sea. Only 5 min walk from Pilegrimsleden and Saksvikkorsen, own TV, Apple TV, small refrigerator, internet and parking. 15 min walk to the nearest store, and on the way you will also find 1 restaurant The space A large house located in the middle of Trondheim and Værnes airport. Large parking lot and walking distance to bus stop and Pilgrimsleden. You can also charge the electric car here The bedrooms are located right by the entrance on the 1st floor where you also have the bathroom. Up the stairs you will find the kitchen and living room as well as access to the garden and balcony. It is a quiet neighborhood with a decent bus connection into the city.
