A luxurious space in the heart of SF's best neighborhood. This apartment offers a spacious living area bathed in natural light that will allow you to make the best of your stay. It is located in the heart of Noe Valley, on 24th, steps away from our favorite coffee shops, restaurants and bakeries. The space The apartment was recently renovated and offers all the amenities for an amazing stay. You will be able to rest, cook, lounge, but also should you need to work, you will find the quietness and space needed. This two floor unit offers everything you might need for your SF stay: Lower Floor: - Master bedroom with attached bathroom. - Comfortable Queen size Tuft & Needle mattress and soft linens. - Ample storage for your clothes and belongings. Main Floor: - Large open concept living space with high vaulted ceiling and skylights that bathe the entire space in beautiful natural light. - The living room has a large, comfortable sofa and 55” smart TV - High speed internet - The large dining room table comfortably seats 4 people. - Our beautiful kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to stay in and cook a meal. You'll find many kitchen staples, including a well stocked spice drawer and some basic non-perishables! You can use any of this throughout your stay, but please try to replace it if you use it. - Off of the kitchen you'll find a cozy office nook with a sit-stand desk. - Off of the kitchen you will also find our laundry room, with industrial sized washer/dryer, detergent, and steamer available for your use. - This floor also features the second multi-use bedroom. We typically use this space as an office (with a second sit-stand desk), but the trundle bed can sleep an additional 2 guests. Just let us know your preferred setup and we'll make sure our cleaners leave the space in the configuration you want (check out the photos!) - Off of the second bedroom is a small step balcony with beautiful views of Noe's Valley's lush vegetation. - This bedroom also has a beautiful attached bathroom that is bathed in natural light throughout the day. Guest access Lock box code will be provided close to your arrival. Other things to note - There are two sets of stairs to get to the top floor of the unit. The external stairs will lead from street level to the entry door, and the internal stairs connect the two floors of the unit. - The apartment is located near Barney's Restaurant (amazing burgers!), and while none of the restaurant noise is audible in the unit, you might hear some light noise around closing time when staff clean for about 10 minutes. - While Noe Valley offers a tranquil retreat, it remains nestled within an urban setting.
