Bedroom 2 - Double bed and air-conditioning. Living Room - Double sofa bed, air-conditioning and smart TV. It is a well-equipped space with Wi-Fi, gas barbecue, washing and drying machines, water filter and etc. The American kitchen has a wide variety of appliances and utensils. An individual kayak is also available. Clean bed and bath linens, liquid soap and dishcloth will be provided. Check-in is after 2:00 p.m. and check-out is until 1:00 p.m., it is possible to arrive at the condominium earlier and leave later. Guest access Electronic self-check-in/out in the apartment and entrance to the condominium is cleared at the 24-hour reception. Guests have access to everything shown in the photos. Swimming pool from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day, courts, beach, etc. The condominium has a restaurant, a small convenience store that rents kayaks and boards, a pool bar (seasonal) and a self-service laundry. The stores don't open on Tuesday. The condominium beach is clean and suitable for bathing, it is a preservation area and is sheltered, ideal for kayaking and the like. It is not very pleasant for bathing because it has a dark bottom due to the mouth of a neighboring river. Crossing this river through the condominium itself, at low tide, you access Pontal beach, which already has a clear sandy bottom. The best beaches are on the islands, on the mainland other good beaches are between 25 and 45 minutes by car, such as Praia Grande and Laboratório.
