The space 1.4 acre property with conservation area backing property and nearby trail along river just down the hill from the back yard. The place will be solely yours for duration of rental. Possibility of outdoor landscaping/gardening visit during daytime in front yard (will be notified). Guest access All excepting garage and RV, which are locked out. Other things to note The lock will lock you out after too many unsuccessful attempts. Send a new code request though Air B&B app. Alternatively, owner can remote open in a pinch. Just remember to pin in code directly. Hit the lock button to quick lock upon leaving. Milburn Conservation Area path behind the house kicks you out onto Battersea Rd. is you head east on path. Or access the path behind the neighbouring church.
