Double Bed with study table for double occupancy. House Rules 1. Follow quiet hours between 11 PM to 6 AM 2. Avoid cooking and laundry between 11 PM to 6 AM 3. Wash your dishes after use 4. Dispose your trash in the trash bins 5. Switch off lights when not in use 6. Registered guests only 7. Lock doors when leaving the house 8. Host is not responsible for any lost items 9. Park on the driveway (if available) or street parking (free). Host is not responsible if guest has not followed the rules. 10. Smoking & Vaping is not permitted in the house. Guest access Self check-in with keys. Keys are for the main door and your private room. Details shall be provided prior to arrival. Shared Airbnb with other guests. Recommended to use close to your room - Room A During your stay Toilet paper, hand wash, laundry detergent, dish soap, towel, disinfectant spray, a pair of slippers are provided. Basic kitchen appliances and cutlery available. Please clean and return items back in the cupboard after use. Guest will have to manage their own groceries or food items required during their stay. Contact us for any assistance you need on your Airbnb app. Other things to note You can park your car in the driveway (if available) or use designated street parking on the other side of the road. Please see sign. Some basic refills are in the room inside the closet. All bed linens and blankets are clean except not ironed out to reduce our carbon footprint. If you want to use the kitchen, there are crockeries available, marked on the shelf and cabinet. Please clean and return them. If you want to remove or put back the bug screen, simply slide up the window, insert/remove the screen and shut the window on to the screen.
