You can walk to the Nottingham castle, Theatre Royal, Nottingham Playhouse or the Motorpoint Arena, or to many pubs (incl. the Ye Old Trip to Jerusalem dated back from 1068), restaurants including the nationally acclaimed Alchemilla & Japanese Kushi-ya . Close to universities, train station and the QMC. The space You will have access to the whole property : the walk to the living room and the open kitchen is through the crittall doors, with a separate toilet and sink, a separate bedroom with an en suite bathroom and toilet, enjoy the sun trap patio from the crittall doors of the living room. The sofa bed is in the living room, with blinds, a TV in the living room, and a TV in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with all amenities including air fryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, with coffee, teas and chocolate available. You also have the possibility to charge your electric car. Strictly no parties, it is a quiet neighbourhood, and we do not want parties hosted in our studio, thank you. Guest access They can use the whole house and the whole patio, all from a separate entrance Other things to note The Park Estate is a well sought after area in Nottingham, due to the close proximity of Nottingham city centre, but yet gives a feeling of being in a quiet beautiful country side with its many beautiful trees, flowers, and gorgeous houses, all by the Nottingham Castle.
