Guests of the farmhouse can access the parking lot of Marina di Alberese with discount tickets provided by our property. Access to Collelungo beach is allowed only by bicycle, purchasing the ticket as it is part of the Maremma Natural Park. Our facility rents bicycles for guests and provides discount tickets for this itinerary. From the fox's den, you can walk to the entrance to the A6 Faunistic itinerary and the itinerary to Collelungo beach in a few minutes. The Park's visitor center and the town of Alberese are about 850 meters from our property. The town of Alberese offers basic services, a pharmacy, post office, bar, tobacconist, mini-market, ATM and restaurants.  The city of Grosseto is 14 km away. At check-in, the tourist tax for the municipality of Grosseto will be charged, which is €1.50 per person over 12 years of age, for a maximum of 14 nights.  Small pets are allowed, we also have a small dog Molly, and a kitten, Mimì. However, it is important to note that the proximity of the natural park limits pet access to the beach of Marina di Alberese, the park itineraries and the bike path.
