The space This tiny home property is a renovated train depot renovated into a studio-style space with a queen murphy bed, along with a comfortable loveseat and reclining chair, plus desk for working. New Roku TV. The kitchen has two bistro areas for dining - 1 counter height. Large new refrigerator. Many of the amenities of home, with coffee maker, tea pot and basics for morning tea or coffee. Fresh ground organic coffee!! Enjoy a sunrise over the Mississippi River from your outdoor deck with additional seating. A small side yard with a fire pit and camp chairs, as well as a fish cleaning area out back. Guest access The tiny home is the hosted space along with deck and side yard with fire pit. This cottage is at the back of a larger property that has a large commercial garage and a 2-story home (also for rent!). Please respect the shared backyard, as the larger home also has a fire pit that renters may be enjoying. Other things to note Sleeping accommodations for two in the queen Murphy bed (standard, comfortable pillow top mattress)- additional guest would require air bed (twin provided in closet), or a small child could also sleep on the loveseat / couch.
