Close to Lagoon and short drive to ski resorts. Private unit w/coded entrance door. 3 bedrooms total. 2 w/ Queen Beds and 1 w/full size bed. Max 5 guests. Added $20 per night per guest if more than 5 paid after booking. Full kitchen, living room, bathroom w/ huge tub/shower & laundry room. Privacy door separates you from hosts that live upstairs. Parking spaces to left on driveway. Home sits on huge corner lot in safe area and you'll enjoy gorgeous mountain views as well as beautiful sunsets. The space Before you arrive you will receive a code for the entrance door. Your space: As you enter, bedroom #1 is on your right and bedroom #2 is on your left. Bedroom #3 is at the other end of the basement unit. As you continue down the hall on the left side is the living room and kitchen. The living room has 2 couches w/recliners and TV with multiple streaming apps. Wifi password is on an instruction paper by TV. Kitchen has full size refrigerator, range & microwave and has essential cookware and dishes. There are 3 stools at the bar and a small table with 2 chairs. An air fryer, teapot w/variety of tea flavors, coffee maker and coffee, some condiments and basic spices are supplied. If you use a lot of dishes please wash them and leave in dish rack to dry. We don't mind a few in the sink. On the right of the hallway is the bathroom, laundry room and bedroom #3. There are two sets of sheets for each bed and a few extra pillows and blankets. Laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap and blow dryer are provided if you don't want to bring your own. Ironing board is behind laundry room door and iron is in the cabinet. At the end of the hall is a privacy door that separates you from the Hosts. The home is over 50 years old and although the basement has been updated and has brand new carpet, paint etc, the floors upstairs have some areas of creaks when walked on that you may hear. My husband and I will be as quiet as we can be to not disturb you during your stay. Quiet time is from 11pm to 7am. Our yard is large with a fenced backyard. Pets not allowed unless service animal or you agree to pay the fee of $75 per stay. If you do bring a dog it will need to be in a crate or taken with you if you leave the house. There are huge trees that give a lot of shade. There is a fire pit that you are welcome to use but please message us first and we can supply chairs. Our place is close to the mountains on the east side that are beautiful throughout every season. There is a popular hiking trail in Adams Canyon which is less than 5 minutes away. The very popular ski resort Snow Basin that was used during the 2002 Winter Olympics is about 20 minutes away. Lagoon Amusement Park is less than a 10 minute drive with Farmington Station across the freeway from it where there are restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The best fall colors are in this area. There are many other attractions, restaurants and shopping close by as we are located between Ogden (10 minutes) and Salt Lake City (30minutes). If you need suggestions you can message us and we can help. You may also enjoy beautiful sunsets that are common where we are. If you have more than 5 guests please list the total number at the time of booking and be willing to pay additional $20 per night per guest. Also if you are bringing a pet please specify at time of booking. There is a $75 pet fee for your stay. The total charges will be displayed if disclosed at time of booking. For added guests we will provide a blow up mattress, sheets, blankets and pillows. We also can provide a pack n play for babies and a high chair if needed. For any pets please bring a crate if planning to leave your pet in the unit at any time. Guest access You'll have a private entrance with a code provided to enter. Door will lock automatically 30 seconds after it closes. There is a privacy door that separates you from the Hosts. Other things to note For longer stays we welcome all healthcare traveling professionals, student internships, military personnel coming to Hill Air Force Base, remote workers and any other folks that may need accommodations for longer than a few days.
