The space The guest house has a private courtyard, combined living and dining area with reverse cycle air conditioning, full kitchen, separate bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe with plenty of storage plus electric heater and tower fan. The living area has a smart TV, Netflix and comfortable couch. The kitchen area has a dining table, electric oven and stove top, washing machine, fridge / freezer, Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, cooking utensils and plenty of storage. Basic starter pack of tea, coffee, milk, fruit and bread supplied. Please note - no smoking or vaping on the premises including the courtyard. Guest access Parking for one car available on the verge. Walk through the main gate and follow the grey path, past the two windows to the guest house.
