The house, old, recycled, with patio with vine and terrace in pure sun is in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of the city called "La Isla de la Paternal". The space The apartment is one of the called "house type" as it is an old house that was divided into parts or that a high floor was built... there are 4 apartments in the building: two on the ground floor, two on the top floor. Mine is the one in the middle and higher (first floor by staircase), so the view on the terrace is 360º. An antique closet, one dresser with 6 large drawers and two light stands. I will leave some personal effects in a trunk and on a piece of furniture in the living room, which will be closed. The kitchen is small but functional and you can use all the utensils. As for the water filter on the kitchen and shower. The living room has cross ventilation and a single bed that can be used as a sofa. Very comfortable, it's a cotton futon. The living room opens to a patio and from there you access the terrace that covers the entire property. The bathroom is the brightest and most ventilated you've ever seen. During his stay the cat will be in the care of the neighbor, where he likes to hang out because he is very friendly to the neighboring cat, who is called Tito.
