This characterful house, made of stone, with its exposed tiles and beams, offers you the charm of the old, sublimated by a neat renovation, quality materials, as well as a touch of home automation to ensure all modern comforts. On the ground floor, you will be greeted by a spacious entrance leading to a large, bright living room or the former feeder and drinking trough that inspired the name of the house. For convivial moments a fully equipped and functional kitchen awaits you, as well as the dining room with a fireplace overlooking the sunny terrace and the landscaped garden where you can relax in the swimming spa or enjoy the barbecue. For amateurs, a private cinema room equipped with a video projector, home cinema and game console, promises memorable entertainment sessions. A desk is also available for your remote work needs, as well as a laundry room and toilet. Upstairs is four bedrooms. The master suite with queen-size bed (160 cm), an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bath tub, a rain shower and a fireplace for relaxing moments. Two other bedrooms in a row, one with a loft bed and the other with a double bed (140 cm), offer a cozy space for the whole family. A fourth bedroom (accessed from a second staircase) with a double bed (140cm), an extra shower room, and a toilet complete the floor. Need a quiet place to work? An independent annex can be booked at extra cost We do not accept parties or events, the number of people must correspond to the reservation. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except for an independent annex. Other things to note A bag of logs is provided for the fireplace from October to March, along with all the essentials (please bring a lighter). A charcoal barbecue is available year-round—just bring your own charcoal. Extras (additional cost): To enhance your stay, additional services (early or late arrival, full day, grocery drive, etc.) can be offered upon request, without obligation and outside of the Airbnb reservation.
