Vacation apartment near Berlin. Fully equipped basement apartment with separate entrance, free Wi-Fi and parking. Includes bed linens and towels. Divided into a bedroom (double bed), living room (2 beds, sofa), kitchen and bathroom. TV in the bedroom, living room & kitchen. Train station 10 minutes on foot (about 30 minutes to Berlin Mitte). Outside: small outdoor area (terrace in front of the wooden shelf) for 4-5 people. Thanks to the key safe, flexible check-in/check-out is possible at any time. Pets allowed upon request. The space Welcome to Neuenhagen near Berlin! Experience a relaxing stay in our fully equipped basement apartment with a completely separate entrance for maximum privacy. The accommodation is located in the idyllic 15366 Neuenhagen near Berlin and can accommodate 4 to 5 people (although it gets cozily tight when occupied by 5 people). Free Wi-Fi is of course provided throughout the apartment. Bedding and towels are already included in the price! Fitness & wellness in the house Do something good for yourself: By prior arrangement, you can use our in-house fitness room for free. Our sauna, which you can also use flexibly for a small extra charge and in consultation, ensures perfect relaxation. Outdoor area, terrace & barbecue facilities Right outside your door, your own small outdoor area awaits you – a small sitting area with a round table in front of the wooden shelf that offers seating for 4–5 people. A small grill is also at your disposal here. Parking & Motorcycle Specials • For cars: Parking is possible without any problem directly in front of the property. Alternatively, a parking space is also available to you directly on the premises. • For motorcyclists: You can safely park your bikes on the property behind the garden gate. In case of bad weather, we can offer you a dry place under the rear carport by arrangement or – if available – even a place in our motorcycle garage. Our animal roommates & important information There are 2 lovely dogs and 2 young cats living on our property. They roam freely in the garden and are always happy to be petted. We also have chickens that, with a bit of luck, you can watch directly from the living room window. • Important for allergy sufferers: You should not have an allergy to animal hair. • House rules for animals: Your own pets are welcome upon request! Please note, however, that our animals are not allowed in the vacation apartment. • Safety: We kindly ask you to keep the garden gate closed at all times so that our dogs do not go exploring on their own. • Smoking: No smoking inside the apartment. Sole use: The entire apartment is exclusively available to you during your stay. Parking: Conveniently right in front of the house or on the property. Other things to note Important information about your stay (safety & house rules): Video surveillance in the outdoor area: For your safety and ours, the outdoor area of the property is under video surveillance. This concerns, among other things, the parking space, the general house entrance and the access path to the apartment. Of course, there are no cameras in the entire interior of the apartment. Your privacy is absolutely protected. No Parties / Events: Our apartment is for relaxation. Celebrations, parties or bachelor parties are expressly not allowed anywhere on the property. Quiet hours: In the spirit of being good neighbors, we ask you to observe the general quiet hours starting at 10:00 pm and to reduce loud music or conversations in the outdoor area to room volume after this time.
