Cozy Studio in Causeway Bay- Unit 97

Location: In Causeway Bay, on Haven Street and surrounded by many nice eateries and restaurants and close to Causeway bay MTR exit F It is within few minutes walk to Hysan Place and Lee Garden shopping malls with plenty of restaurants. About the studio: it is a 150 Sq ft net unit, with elevator, and access code to enter the building and the flat. The space This is a double sized bedroom ( 4 ft by 6ft ) with comfy mattress, desk and chair to work from home , natural light , wardrobe , TV and kitchenette for cooking. We provide comfy pillows , quilt and bedsheets, towels and slippers. The flat comes with small fridge , electric stove , microwave, kettle , toaster ; pans , pots , cutlery. Our toilet is not wet shower and is separated between shower area and toilet. There is an LG washer / dryer combo machine shared between the studio units 95, 96, 97, 98, 99 and located in the corridor. We provide weekly complimentary cleaning.
