Romantic retreat with private pool in Vendée

Welcome to Gîte de la Mouillonnière, in a charming outbuilding of a 17th century farmhouse where authenticity and modernity mingle. Let yourself be seduced by its vast 7,500 m² wooded park and its large private swimming pool (11x5 m), true havens of peace. Ideally located between Nantes and La Roche-sur-Yon, just 40 minutes from Puy du Fou and 45 minutes from the golden beaches of Les Sables d'Olonne, this place invites you to a romantic getaway or a weekend of pure relaxation in Vendée. The space The cottage is completely independent of the main house, and the pool is completely private, to guarantee you calm and total privacy. You will discover a beautiful living room bathed in light, with two accesses – parking side and pool side – equipped with reversible air conditioning for your comfort. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped, ideal for preparing your meals, with a cozy seating area and a friendly dining area. For your relaxing evenings, the TV gives you access to Molotov, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet. The comfortable bedroom, with plenty of storage, accommodates a double bed (160 cm) and a French window that opens to the outside. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided so you can travel light. Cleaning is included, except for the kitchen, which we thank you for leaving clean. For everyone's safety, the presence of a pond and a swimming pool means that we prefer not to accommodate small children. Guest access The cottage as well as the entire grounds and pool are at your disposal. Other things to note The cottage is only 300 meters as the crow flies from the Château de la Chabotterie and its Michelin-starred restaurant, a cultural and gourmet getaway not to be missed. The village of L'Herbergement, with all its shops (Carrefour Contact, bakeries, tobacco, hairdressers, restaurants, pharmacy...), as well as its SNCF train station, is accessible in 5 minutes. You are 15 minutes from the entrance to La Roche-sur-Yon (Flâneries area), 15 minutes from Montaigu, and only 25 minutes from the entrance to Nantes. For sea lovers, Les Sables d'Olonne beaches are 45 minutes away, while the famous Puy du Fou park is 40 minutes away.
