Cozy Bohemian Suite Midway Between Mpls & St. Paul

Welcome to the Cinnamon Suite! Enjoy a cozy stay in a thoughtfully curated suite inspired by the colors and patterns of Morocco. Centrally located between downtown St. Paul and downtown Minneapolis and just 20 minutes from the airport and the Mall of America, this suite is the perfect springboard for exploring all that the Twin Cities has to offer. The suite features a plush queen bed, workspace, well-stocked kitchenette, full bath, and ultra-comfy sofa for your enjoyment. The space The suite is in the basement of our home. Upon entering the suite, you will take a short staircase (10 steps) down to the main living space. The main living space is about 275 square feet and we have made the most of the cozy layout, with a queen size bed, kitchenette/wet bar, desk area and sectional sofa. This is a basement suite, so please be aware that the ceilings are slightly low (7'0"), and the ceiling drops down to 5'8" near the bathroom (so please use caution in that area if you are a tall person!). The bathroom ceiling height is 7'0". Because the suite is in the basement of our home, noise from upstairs movement should be expected. You will occasionally hear conversations, cooking, cleaning, and footsteps. We keep relatively normal hours, but occasionally arrive home late or have to leave early. Please message me immediately if the noise is affecting your stay, and I'm happy to accommodate you. Our house is located next to an AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) club. There are meetings several times daily, so expect to see folks hanging out near that building, smoking and talking. When the weather is nice, meetings are held in their back yard. On Friday nights when the weather is nice, they have a larger meeting in the backyard around a bonfire. We have had no issues with folks at the club, and we have a good relationship with the building caretaker, who is responsive to our requests. Guest access The suite has its own private entrance, and you will have the entire space for yourself during your stay.
