Welcome to a very nicely located house in an idyllic place. The house is located just 20 minutes from the center of Bergen and 1 bus stop from Sartor Storsenter shopping center and 1 bus stop to Drotningsvig shopping center via SOTRA bridge. The nearest bus stop is about 100 m from the house. There are plenty of opportunities for fishing and excursions to the surrounding beautiful nature. Nearby is Fjell Fortress, a large historic coastal fortress from World War II on Sotre. The space We rent our beautiful house for occasional visitors or even long-term. It is a nice and modern family house with two floors, beautifully situated by the sea. The property has its own parking space for 2 cars with an electric car charger. We rent it fully furnished. There are four bedrooms in total. Two large and two slightly smaller, one of the bedrooms can be used as an office/guest room. There are two bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink and the other is equipped with a toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer. Great, spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Large living room and dining room. Refrigerator with freezer, 1 x storage and laundry. The house is suitable for children. Large garden with beautiful thujas and rhododendrons. There is also a large terrace. Sun from morning to evening. 5 minutes drive to the center of Sartor and good bus connection with a bus stop near the house (100m). Nice tourist areas nearby. We want to rent the house to a family or individuals and can consider renting to companies (different price). Preferably with references.
