Relax in our Family Retreat at Seton Sands Holiday Park, a short distance from Edinburgh (Lothian bus No. 26 just a short walk away will take you straight to Princess Street) There are also ample amenities on site as well as a beach across the road to keep you and any kids entertained. NB: Park facilities including pool are only available from 8th Mar - 30th Nov and require a pass at an additional cost of 49-£79/person. Please contact prior to booking for further information. The space Located on a quiet plot in the Golf Village at Seton Sands Holiday Park, This accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms. It is suitable for a max of 6 people including infants. Bedroom 1 - Double with ensuite wc Bedroom 2 - Bunk room with 2 beds Bedroom 3 - Bunk room with 2 beds Open Plan Lounge/Kitchen Bathroom with Toilet WHB and Shower Gas Central Heating Located on Seton Sands Holiday Park. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire caravan including the parking space provided and the holiday park itself. The main entertainment area including the showbar/swimming pool and other bookable activities requires a pass to access. This can be purchased at the Haven Reception. I can arrange this prior to arrival, please ask. We do not include this pass in our price because not all of our guest wish to use these facilities. Other things to note 1. This place is not recommended for more than 6 people including infants. 2. Please note that pets are not permitted 3. Entertainment Passes Entertainment passes for use of some of the park Facilities are provided by Haven and their rules apply. These are out of our control. To qualify for online Play Pass purchases a guest must book and be registered for a holiday with the following durations: ​3 nights: Friday to Monday 4 nights: Monday to Friday 7 nights: Saturday to Saturday ​For stays that do not meet the durations above Play Passes can be purchased on arrival at the park reception. Guests staying for one or two nights can purchase a minimum three night Play Pass.
