Guest house and apartments

The property is located on an old farm surrounded by nature and a lake. It is about 1.5 hours from Berlin and is wonderful if you just want to relax. It is also suitable for larger groups. The property is located directly on the Elbe Cycle Route. The mobile barrel sauna can optionally be booked on site by prior arrangement ☺️ I look forward to seeing you! The space Welcome to our natural farm in the immediate vicinity of the lake! Our accommodation consists of a spacious guest house and two cozy apartments – ideal for couples, families, groups or smaller retreats. Depending on the size of the group and availability, guests will be accommodated in different areas of the property. For smaller groups, occupancy is limited to the guest house. In this case, the vacation rentals on the property may be rented separately to other guests. Exclusive use of the entire property, including all living units, is possible by prior arrangement. 🏡 The guest house The guest house can accommodate up to nine people, mostly in single beds. A special room has a double bed plus an extra single bed, making it ideal for small families or couples with children. These include two shared bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a large living and dining area where you can cook and spend time together. 🛏 The vacation apartments Apartment 1: • For 2 people in the large king size bed • Additional pull-out sofa for up to 2 additional guests • Fully equipped kitchen and cozy living/dining area Apartment 2 (small): • Perfect for 1–2 people (single bed + sofa) • If necessary, space for 3 people when the sofa is pulled out • Living/sleeping area with integrated kitchen, compact and functional 🌿 Outdoor & Feel-Good Moments Our spacious garden invites you to relax – with cozy seating, lots of nature and the possibility to end the evening at the fire pit. For special feel-good moments, our barrel sauna is available on request. 🌊 Near the lake & surroundings Lake Niegripper is only 5–10 minutes by walk. There is a public swimming area where you can swim, relax or simply enjoy nature. The entire region is also characterized by water – canals, lakes and river landscapes make walks, bike tours and excursions particularly attractive. The Elbe cycle path runs very close by and invites you to beautiful tours – ideal for nature lovers and active vacationers. 🎉 Important Notes Our place is great for relaxing and unwinding. Parties are not allowed, but smaller celebrations can take place by arrangement.
